It doesn’t hurt that, with or without the accent, Chris Ducker is brilliant when it comes to taking yourself out of the rat race of business so that you can enjoy true freedom.
After getting totally burned out from working too much in his business on everything from graphic design to content creation to web copy, Chris realized something needed to change.
Feeling exhausted, he put a goal in place to become a Virtual CEO. Within a year he’d hired 8 people to do each of the things he had been doing himself. He also launched another company in the middle of that year, Virtual Staff Finder, because he was listening to the needs of his audience.
Now he works an average of 6 hours a day, 4 days a week, as opposed to his previous 14 hours a day, 6 days a week.

I sat down with Chris to ask him about being a Virtual CEO, how to make the competition irrelevant, and how to stop being such a control freak when it comes to running a business.
